Agentforce, built by an architect
I’m Jeff Kallenbach, a Salesforce Solutions Architect with 12+ years’ enterprise delivery. Through Creator Systems Ltd I design and build Agentforce agents, and I review agents that other teams have built.
The challenge with Agentforce is rarely getting an agent to answer. It is making sure the agent answers from the right data, only does what it is allowed to do, and behaves the same way every time it matters. That is an architecture problem as much as an AI problem, and it is where I spend most of my effort.

- Facts come from Salesforce records – the agent chooses the words and the moment, never the facts
- People stay in control – suggestions are reviewed and approved before anything changes
- Deterministic where it matters – steps that must happen every time are run by flows, not left to the model
- Privacy by design – decide what the agent will not store before deciding what it will
- Salesforce native – configuration first, with code only where it earns its place

Can you build an Agentforce agent for us end to end?
Yes. I work from the use case and the data through to a tested agent: topics and actions, prompt templates, flows, permissions and the guardrails around them. I can do the build myself or lead and assure a team doing it.
Can you review an Agentforce agent we already have?
Yes. I review the agent’s design, its actions and the data it can reach, and test how it behaves when things go wrong. You get recommendations prioritised by risk and value.
Do you work through Salesforce partners?
Yes. I work directly for organisations, through the systems integrator or consultancy delivering Salesforce for them, or independently on the client’s side as an impartial check.
Can you work on public-sector Agentforce projects?
Yes. I’m SC cleared and have delivered Salesforce in secure UK government settings.
